MIND, BODY & SOUL COLLECTION
This collection was born from the biggest “aha” moment of my life. After becoming severely ill, I began to understand the true connection between Mind, Body and Soul, and how caring for all three is essential to our health, balance and ability to thrive.
These playful images are my way of taking some of the seriousness out of self-healing, because caring for ourselves doesn’t always have to feel heavy. Sometimes a little color, humor and playfulness are part of the healing too.
